3. Booking & Appointments
By booking a service through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree to our Booking Policies, including our Deposit & Payments Policy, Late Policy, and Cancellation Policy as detailed on our Policies page. All bookings are subject to availability. CandieLocks reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments & Refunds
All services provided by CandieLocks are non-refundable. Payments may be made via Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, Debit Card (in-person with surcharge), or through our website via Stripe. Product purchases made through our website are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds for products may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase — please contact us at [email protected]. Digital products or services are non-refundable once delivered.
