CandieLocks Policies

Deposit/Payments Policy

Payments can be done with Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, or Debit Card In-person w/ surcharge.  Payments can be made through our website. *ALL services are non-refundable, by booking services with CandieLocks you agree to all policies. 


Services & Compensation


Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.  We are committed to making any needed corrections.


Right to Refuse Service


CandieLocks staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effect of service.


We have the right to refuse service at our own discretion.

Late Policy


In order to respect the time of both our client and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your sister lock appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $10 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.


These policies ensure that there is adequate time for all sisterlocks services. 

Cancellations

Late Cancellations


We understand that emergencies happen.  If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.  Cancellations that break these rules will result in a $75 Cancellation fee. 


These policies protect customers and staff. 


NO CALL/ NO SHOW 


In the case of missing your sisterlock appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Also booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book.  


SICK CANCELLATION


If the client is sick please cancel your appointment and contact me personally about rescheduling. If you are sick upon arrival to your appointment,  your appointment will be canceled. 

CCTV Video/Audio Recording

The premises where all Sisterlock services are being performed, has 24hr CCTV indoor/outdoor cameras for the purposes of security. All parties that choose to have services provided by CandieLocks.com consent to all video/audio recordings. 

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, if the client is feeling ill or exhibiting any signs of fever or illness service WILL BE DENIED. A mask must be worn at all times once entering the establishment for service. Masks are provided at the door if needed, and temperature will be taken.
